Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

Domestic Shipping Only
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.

NutraRevive supplements are not intended for resale. Orders flagged for suspicious purchasing patterns may be canceled.
Order Issues or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your local carrier.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@nutrarevive.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for reshipment or refund unless returned to us.
